Kurukshetra: Civil Aviation Minister Rao Narbir Singh on Tuesday said that regular flights from Hisar airport would not start before September 1. Singh told reporters here on Tuesday that the state government would sign a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with SpiceJet on Wednesday. He said the earlier contract with Pinnacle Airways Limited had certain issues related to the flight and the state authorities had decided another MoU. Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar is scheduled to inaugurate the first civil airport of the state tomorrow in Hisar. TNS
