In a first in the country, people in Haryana will be able to avail more than 400 schemes and services from 37 different online platforms through a single online platform by visiting the website www.saralharyana.gov.in.

Also, to avail these services, people can visit any of the 115 facilitation centres (Antyodaya Saral Kendras) set up at the district, subdivision and tehsil levels or 4000 Atal Sewa Kendras at the village level.

Antyodaya Saral is a flagship initiative of the state government to enable hassle-free citizen service delivery to the people.

Rakesh Gupta, project director, said every year, 60 lakh people applied for these schemes and services in Haryana. He said this was the first-of-its-kind transformation and digitisation programme in the country, increasing convenience to citizens.

Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar would launch 115 Antyodaya Saral Kendras from Karnal on December 25. Gupta said taking a step towards transparent citizen service delivery, he would dedicate to the public Antyodaya Saral portal for delivery within timelines notified under the Haryana Right to Service Act, 2014.

During the launch, Antyodaya Saral dashboard app would be unveiled, which would make the process of tracking overdue applications easier for government officials, increasing efficiency of the system. Continuing the efforts of serving citizens, the government would also launch an IVR feedback system for scheme and service delivery, said Gupta. Under this project, all schemes and services of the government were being brought on a single online platform.

Another key feature of this project was that a citizen could track his or her application using application ID. One could see the date by which he or she should receive the service or scheme and the current status of the application. Such a technology had been created in-house by the government instead of depending on any external agency, Gupta said.
