Facing criticism from opposition parties over the suspension of old-age pension of a large number of beneficiaries—many of which were later restored after political backlash—the state government has ramped up monitoring of grievances related to Haryana Parivar Pehchan Patra (PPP) to ensure greater transparency and faster redressal.
