Dr Satish Khola, Coordinator of the Haryana Parivar Pehchan Authority (HPPA), has been entrusted with overseeing and coordinating the monitoring of PPP-related grievances raised during Samadhan Shivirs.

Arun Gupta, Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister, has directed Deputy Commissioners (DCs) of all districts to extend full cooperation to Dr Khola and ensure that the concerned district-level officers regularly review, update and resolve pending grievances within the stipulated timelines.

Gupta also instructed the DCs to designate a nodal officer at the district level to maintain close coordination with the office of the HPPA to ensure seamless communication and effective compliance with the directives.

“It has been observed that effective monitoring and timely redressal of grievances related to the HPPP is essential for ensuring transparency and improving citizen service delivery. You are requested to conduct periodic reviews to ensure that grievances are addressed promptly and that no case remains pending beyond the prescribed limits,” Gupta said in a letter issued to the DCs.

Meanwhile, Rohtak Deputy Commissioner Sachin Gupta confirmed the development, saying that necessary instructions had already been issued. He added that all grievances related to PPP were being addressed on priority in a transparent and time-bound manner.
