Platform-wise analysis showed that Instagram delivered maximum reach and youth engagement through reels and short videos, while Facebook demonstrated high share ability and community trust. X played a key role in media pickup and influencer amplification, while online news portals enhanced policy visibility and narrative building. Online media channels were credited with strengthening institutional credibility.

The report highlighted major campaigns such as Operation Trackdown, Operation Hotspot Domination, Haryana Drug Free, Say No to Drugs & Violence, Public Redress Campaign, Cyber Awareness Drive and Digital Arrest Awareness. These initiatives received strong public approval, high engagement and positive sentiment, while also generating “high educational value”.

Key outcomes included clear and transparent law-and-order messaging, strengthened citizen confidence, statewide awareness penetration, high media trust and a people-centric governance narrative, said a Haryana Police spokesperson.
