Chandigarh: Extending greetings to the citizens on Hindi Diwas, Governor Bandaru Dattatraya said the language had an important contribution to the country’s Independence. Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar said: “It is the responsibility of all Indians to promote the language across the world.” tns
