Hisar resident Rahul gets 379 ranking in UPSC

He is a native of Bithmara village in Uklana block of the district

A resident of Hisar, Rahul Pattar has secured 379th ranking in the Civil Services examination conducted by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC), today.

Rahul, a native of Bithmara village in Uklana block of the district, had started preparations for the Civil Services after completing his BTech from the Delhi Technical University in Delhi. Rahul’s father Rajesh Pattar informed that his son had been aspiring for the Civil Services during his college days. Rajesh said Rahul decided to prepare for the Civil Services examination after completing the BTech instead of going for a job.

Rahul completed his schooling from the Jindal Modern School in Hisar. Rahul’s father Rajesh Pattar has his own business, while his mother Usha Devi is a housewife.

Rajesh Pattar said, “Rahul is happy over his performance in the second attempt. He is aspiring to take another attempt in the UPSC examination to improve his ranking.”
