ITI staff want CBI to probe lathicharge

Karnal: Employees under the banner of the All Associations of Skill Development and Industrial Training Department, Haryana, took out a candle march on Monday to protest the lathicharge on ITI students and staff members on April 12.



Karnal: Employees under the banner of the All Associations of Skill Development and Industrial Training Department, Haryana, took out a candle march on Monday to protest the lathicharge on ITI students and staff members on April 12. The students had allegedly pelted the police with stones after the death of a fellow student, who was crushed to death under the wheels of a roadways bus on April 11. The staff members demanded a probe by the CBI or a retired judge. TNS
