The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) declared the results for Class X and XII on Tuesday, leading to waves of celebration across the district.

While the official list of district toppers is yet to be announced, the overall mood was one of joy and pride, as students, parents and teachers came together to celebrate.

As per sources, the district recorded an impressive pass percentage of over 90 per cent, adding to jubilant mood at schools and homes. From distributing sweets to sharing congratulatory messages, the spirit of achievement was remarkable.

Karnal’s Montfort World School’s Geet of Class X secured first position in school with 99 per cent, while Anshika stood second with 97.4 marks. Similarly, in Class XII results, Arpan Kaur secured first position in school with 97.4 per cent, while Mohit Lathar and Shubh Kanwar secured second position with 96 per cent marks. Principal Tarinder Kaur expressed joy over the achievement of the students.

At Dyal Singh Public School main branch, Raghav Goel of Class XII Commerce stream got first position in school with 95.8 per cent, while Kushal Rawal secured second position in school in the same stream with 94.2 per cent marks. Principal Sushma Devgun lauded the efforts of the students and teachers for their achievement.

At Partap Public School, Class XII student Samdisha got 98 per cent, while Namish Gupta and Srisha Vohra jointly secured second position in school with 97.6 per cent. Manmeet Kaur, Soumil Munjal, Bhavya Sharma and Bhavya Niharka secured third position jointly with 97.2 per cent marks. Similarly, in Class X results of the same school, Yatharth Gupta got first position with 98 per cent marks, while Arpit Sehgal secured second position with 96.8 per cent marks.

Similarly, the results of OPS International School were outstanding in both the classes. Subhi of Class XII got 94.4 percent in commerce stream and stood first in the school, while Vansh of the same stream got 89 per cent and remained at second place in the school.

At Doon International School,Radhika and Gems of Science stream, Lavish of Commerce stream and Kritika and Sneha of Arts were among the students who performed well.

At Baba Ram Das Vidyapeeth Kulvehri’s results were also outstanding in both classes. Kamya of Class X got 97.8 per cent and secured top position in school, while Sanvi of Class XII in Science stream remained at the top with 94.2 per cent marks.

Pankaj, Durgesh and Tanu of Government Model Sanskriti Senior Secondary School Biana got first positions in their streams in the school. Students of Shri Ram Charit Manas School also performed well in the exams of both classes.
