The internship and placement cell of Dr BR Ambedkar National Law University (DBRANLU), Sonepat, organised an inspiring guest lecture on the topic “Navigating Career Pathways” on November 10. The primary objective of the programme was to make students aware of diverse career opportunities and guide them in shaping their professional life. On the occasion, Atul Sharma, UPSC CSE 2023 Rank 420 and UPPCS 2022 Rank 14, addressed the students as the guest speaker. Sharing his valuable experiences, he emphasised the importance of self-confidence, consistency and goal-oriented preparation.

Sharma elaborated on key aspects, including effective strategies for civil services preparation, time management, staying motivated and learning from failures. He encouraged the students to tap their inner potential and utilise their knowledge and skills to bring about positive change in society. The programme was presided by Professor Devinder Singh, Vice-Chancellor and patron-in-chief of the university. The event concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by Dr Balvinder Kaur.
