Kurukshetra: Man held for duping on pretext of sending abroad

The Kurukshetra Police have arrested a man for allegedly duping man on the pretext of sending him abroad.

The accused has been identified as Sunny. As per the police spokesperson, the complainant, Sanjeev Kumar, stated that the accused, who was his relative, had assured him that he would send him to Canada, for which he demanded Rs 8 lakh. Despite taking the money and documents, the accused failed to send him to Canada and also refused to return the money. A case was registered and the accused has been arrested.
