Man ‘kills’ mother, ends life by jumping into well
Circumstantial evidence indicates that Sunil had a fight with his mother last night, following which he probably hit her on the head with a stick or some blunt object
Sunil Kumar (45) of Mohalla Kayampura in Mahendragarh town reportedly jumped into a well near the local vegetable market in the wee hours of Thursday.
Someone saw Sunil jumping into the well and informed the police. A police team reached the spot and brought him out of the well.
Sunil was taken to a local hospital and later referred to the Rohtak PGIMS. However, he could not be saved.
Meanwhile, the body of Sunil’s mother Brahmadevi (70) was found lying at her home. As per preliminary investigation, she was hit with a blunt object on her head.
Local residents maintained that Sunil lived with his mother and was an alcoholic. He often used to fight with his mother.

After that, Sunil supposedly rushed to the well and jumped into it.
The police have registered a case and sent the bodies of Sunil and Brahmadevi for autopsy.
