Another daughter seriously injured
A 35-year-old resident of Bhagana village and her daughter (6) were killed, while her another daughter suffered serious injuries when they were hit by a train on the Sirsa-Delhi railway section near the village today.
The injured girl has been admitted to the Hisar Civil Hospital, where her condition is stated to be critical. According to information, the accident occurred between Ramayan and Mayyar railway stations. Police sources said it was yet to be established whether it was a suicide or an accident.
The police were informed about the incident by a passerby, who spotted the victims lying near the railway track. The police took them to the civil hospital in nearby Hansi town, where the doctors referred the injured to the Hisar hospital. The police said the victims had been identified as Nirmla and her daughter Nikita. Nirmla’s husband Narender is a farmer and was not home when she left with her daughters.
