No train on Delhi-Bathinda section for 8 hours today

AMBALA: The Northern Railway will block traffic on December 7 and 16 for the construction of four low height subways on the Delhi-Bathinda section.

The Northern Railway will block traffic on December 7 and 16 for the construction of four low height subways on the Delhi-Bathinda section.

Trains on the Delhi-Bathinda section will not ply from 9.35 am to 5.35 pm tomorrow. As a result, four trains will be diverted, two terminated short and two regulated.

The trains that will be diverted are Delhi Sarai Rohilla-Ferozepur Express, Delhi-Sriganganagar Express, Bandra-Ferozepur Express and Nanded-Amritsar Express.

Hisar-Jind passenger will be terminated at Bathinda and Delhi-Ferozepur passenger at Jakhal.

Jind-Hisar passenger will be rescheduled for 6.50 pm instead of 4.35 pm, while Ferozepur-Delhi passenger will be regulated for 90 minutes between Bathinda and Bareta.

On December 16, trains will not ply between 9.35 am and 6.20 pm. Three trains will be diverted, and two each terminated short and regulated.
