Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini today said that the land registration process in all tehsils across the state has been made completely online by the state government to curb corruption during the registration work.
The CM said that the buyers could now apply for registration online from their homes and the Tehsildars are required to complete registrations within a fixed timeframe. If a registration is not completed on time, the tehsildar concerned must submit a written explanation to the government. If the explanation is found unsatisfactory, disciplinary action would be initiated and the responsibility of the registration would be transferred to a senior officer, he said.
The Chief Minister was addressing a Dhanyawadi rally and Jan Samvad programmes in villages of Ladwa Assembly constituency on Saturday. During the visit, the CM attended programmes at Prahladpur, Badarpur, Bani, Budha and Bapdi villages.
