Chandigarh: The Haryana State Election Commission has issued the election programme for conducting panchayat election in Sambalkha village of Kurukshetra district and by- election to 409 vacant seats, including 380 post of panches, 21 sarpanches. The elections will be held on February 4. TNS

Plot allotment 

Chandigarh: The Haryana State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation (HSIIDC) has invited online applications for allotment of 1,327 industrial plots in various estates. The last date for receipt of applications is January 25. For detailed terms and conditions applicants may visit e-governance portal of HSIIDC. TNS

Industrial estates 

Chandigarh: Health Minister Anil Vij said here on Thursday that the matter to transfer the Panipat and Sonepat industrial estates of the HSIIDC to the Urban Local Bodies was under consideration. Earlier, decision was taken only to bring the industrial estate of Gurugram under the Local Bodies. TNS

Chandigarh: Transport and Housing Minister Krishan Lal Panwar has said that CM Manohar Lal Khattar will be the chief guest at the state level celebrations of the Guru Ravi Dass Jayanti to be organised in Kaithal and Bhiwani on January 28 and February 4, respectively. TNS
