Gurugram, July 1

Acting on the orders of the Haryana State Pollution Control Board, the district administration team today sealed 11 restaurants and pubs in the Sector 29 area.

The establishments were operating without a clearance to operate (CTO) and nod from the pollution board. Speaking to the Tribune, DC Nishant Yadav said the sealed establishments included Big Shark Restaurants Private Limited, ACE Hospitality, Sandy’s hospitality, Meera Samuh Hospitality Services Private Limited, Ginga Restaurants, Tata Starbucks Private limited, Iee Gee Hospitality, SGN Enterprises, GNM Food and Beverages Private Limited, Duty Free (a unit of Kaizen Brewing, Rudra Hospitality Private Limited). The orders stated that the establishments were operating restaurant/bar units which were polluting nature.Sector 29 is a major party and dining hub in the city with over 50 restaurants and pubs operating in the area.
