Union Minister of State and local MP Rao Inderjit Singh held a review meeting on the progress of shifting Gurugram's Kherki Daula toll plaza during a meeting on Saturday.

He directed officials to expedite toll removal and ensure smooth, safe, uninterrupted movement for villagers and commuters during construction of the new plaza at Pachgaon Chowk.

Sohna MLA Tejpal Tanwar, Urban Development Adviser DS Dhesi, Gurugram Deputy Commissioner Ajay Kumar and SDM Darshan Singh also attended.The minister assessed work on the Gurugram-Pataudi-Rewari National Highway 352W, stressing no compromise on quality and timely completion.

Rao Inderjit Singh voiced serious concern over traffic jams from Bilaspur Chowk flyover construction, urging effective alternative routing to minimise public inconvenience.

He also reviewed the Rathiwas bus stop flyover, directing officials to accelerate progress and relieve residents of jams soon.

Gives appointment letters to 218 youths

Union Minister Rao Inderjit Singh stated that the newly recruited youth selected through the Prime Minister's Employment Fair will play a vital role in achieving the goals of a developed India @ 2047. Rao Inderjit Singh was addressing the Prime Minister's Employment Fair in Gurugram on Saturday as the chief guest. He distributed appointment letters to 218 newly recruited youths. Prime Minister Narendra Modi was also present at the event. Addressing the event, the Union Minister said more than 8,000 women candidates have been handed over appointment letters during the nationwide employment fairs, which is a significant step towards women's empowerment.
