Seven held for thefts in Ambala


Ambala, October 17

The district police have arrested seven persons in separate cases of thefts, officials said here on Saturday.

The police said Lakhbir Singh and Neeraj were arrested on the complaint of Pradeep Kumar of Patiala for stealing his Mohindra Balero pick-up in Ambala City on October 4. Both accused were sent to three-day police remand.

In a separate case, four persons were arrested on the complaint of Ashsih of Ambala City for stealing taps, television, camera, music system and other items. — TNS
