Shri Krishna AYUSH University appoints 23 assistant profs
The university had invited applications for a total of 37 posts, including one associate professor and assistant professors across 14 ayurveda subjects
Shri Krishna AYUSH University VC Prof Vaidya Kartar Singh Dhiman on Tuesday informed that the university has appointed 23 assistant professors in ayurveda.
As per the university spokesperson, the interviews for appointment to the posts of assistant professor in various departments of the Institute for Ayurveda Studies and Research, Faculty of Ayurveda, were conducted last month and the selection committees submitted their recommendations in sealed envelopes, which were placed before the Executive Council (EC) of the University in its 18th meeting.
The EC approved the recommendations of the selection committees in which 23 assistant professors have been selected and one assistant professor, Department of Panchkarma, has been promoted to the post of associate professor.
As per the spokesperson, the university had invited applications for a total of 37 posts, including one associate professor and assistant professors across 14 ayurveda subjects. After completion of the recruitment process, appointments were made to 23 assistant professor posts.
