Surprise inspection at Radaur MC office

Yamunanagar, June 28

Ayush Sinha, Municipal Commissioner, Yamunanagar district, conducted a surprise inspection in the office of the Municipal Committee, Radaur, on Tuesday.

During the inspection, he visited all branches of the office and spoke to officials.

After conducting the inspection, he held a meeting with the officials of the Municipal Committee.

In the meeting, he asked the officials to complete works related to development on time, to build welcome gates at the entry of the town, to strengthen the road from the bus stand to the main market and to beautify the town and to give vacant land of the municipality on rent. He also issued instructions to improve the cleanliness of the town.

According to the information, Sinha suddenly reached the office of Municipal Committee on Tuesday morning.

He along with MC Secretary Rakesh Walia inspected all branches, including the tax branch, rent branch, sanitation branch, birth and death branch, establishment branch, engineering branch and the account branch.

He instructed the employees that every complaint coming to the office should be resolved on time.

Sinha said the officials of the property and rent branch should ensure recovery of property tax and rent on time.

He further said the MC income should be increased by giving vacant land of the municipality on rent.
