Will invite farmers for dialogue: Haryana CM

Karnal, December 2

Highlighting that the farm issue was on the verge of resolution, CM Manohar Lal Khattar on Thursday said the government would invite farmers for talks on it.

The CM, who spent the night at the PWD Rest House before leaving for Rohtak, met party workers here. He discussed developmental works with officials and workers and took their feedback on various issues.

On the farmers’ demand of cancellation of FIRs, he said, “We will talk about it, whenever we sit together.” Urging the farmers, he said the government had accepted their demand to repeal the laws so now they should return to their homes.” — TNS
