Surender Singh of Badli village in his complaint said he experienced severe abdominal pain on January 24. “I was admitted to a private hospital on the same day, where the doctor diagnosed him with appendicitis and advised surgery. The operation was conducted on January 27,” he added.

In his complaint, Surender alleged that his condition began to deteriorate after the surgery. Despite repeatedly informing the doctor and hospital staff about persistent discomfort, he claimed that his concerns were ignored. On February 10, when his condition worsened significantly, a CT scan was conducted, which reportedly revealed that some material had been left inside his abdomen during the operation, necessitating another surgery.
