HC judge opens judicial block

Punjab and Haryana High Court Justice Rajan Gupta inaugurated a judicial block, an e-library and two lifts in Rajpura on Saturday.

“All judicial complexes in the state will be equipped with good facilities. The lifts will not only benefit persons with disabilities (PWD) and the old, but also the advocates,” he told the media.

As advocates demanded a new chamber for them, Justice Gupta said, “The work is in process. All matters can be raised through the Bar council, which can directly contact my office in Chandigarh.”
