As part of its campaign against drug abuse, the Kangra police have arrested two youths in Baijnath and seized 32.5 grams of heroin from them.

ASP Bir Bahadur said that on a tip-off, a police team conducted a raid at a house at Malehad village.

During the search, the police seized the heroin from Prince Rana (23), a resident of Malehad village, and Sudhanshu Soni (26), a resident of Ladbhadol village.

The police had received information that Prince Rana, along with his stepbrother Sudhanshu Soni, was allegedly selling drugs from the house of Prince’s mother.

An FIR has been registered under the NDPS Act at Baijnath police station.
