The Kangra district administration organised a camp at Fatehpur on Thursday. Kangra DC Sandeep Kumar said the move was aimed at redressing public grievances at residents’ doorstep.
He received 120 applications, out of which 80 were settled on the spot, while the remaining were forwarded to various departments. The DC directed panchayat secretaries and the field revenue staff to assess rain damage in Fatehpur. He also directed them to check encroachments on government land.
