“Students will only be required to pay registration fee, while a 100% waiver will be offered on all other fee components for the wards of personnel who died in harness. A 100% tuition fee waiver will be offered for the wards of personnel with more than 20% disability and gallantry awardees. Similarly, 20% tuition fee waiver will be granted for the wards of serving and retired personnel, applicable after other scholarships are deducted. These scholarships are in addition to AESL’s existing scholarship programmes, which are available to all students seeking admission,” he said.

Chandra Sekhar Garisa Reddy, MD & CEO of the institute, said, “During the tenure of the MoU, AESL will also provide comprehensive mentoring and counselling support to the wards of Army personnel, addressing academic and career-related queries through both virtual and physical platforms. AESL has also recently signed an MoU with the Central Reserve Police Force Family Welfare Association (CWA) to provide comprehensive academic support, scholarships and career guidance to the children and families of CRPF personnel across India.”
