Campus placement drive at Sundernagar ITI today

A campus placement drive will be organised at the Government Industrial Training Institute (ITI) at Sundernagar in Mandi district tomorrow to offer pass-out students a valuable employment opportunity.

According to Principal Vijay Kumar Chaudhary, the placement drive will begin on the institute’s premises at 10 am and Gardex India Private Limited, based at Kartarpur in Jalandhar (Punjab), will conduct recruitment.

The candidates, who had passed out of the ITI in trades such as Turner, Diesel Mechanic, Tractor Mechanic, Machinist, CNC Operator, Fitter, Wood Work Technician, Forging, MMV (Motor Mechanic Vehicle), Electronics Mechanic and Electrician, are eligible to participate in the drive.

The selected candidates will be offered an attractive monthly salary package along with additional benefits, including Provident Fund (PF), ESIC coverage, bonus and free accommodation and meals. The institute has advised all interested candidates to bring their original documents along with photocopies, including certificates of Class X and ITI qualification, Aadhaar card and two passport-size photographs. The candidates must also carry a ball pen for filling forms and appearing in the written test.
