UNA: Minister of State for Railways Manoj Sinha will dedicate to the nation the 16-km Amb-Andaura to Daulatpur Chowk broad gauge line at a function to be organised at Amb-Andaura tomorrow.

UNA, January 14

Minister of State for Railways Manoj Sinha will dedicate to the nation the 16-km Amb-Andaura to Daulatpur Chowk broad gauge line at a function to be organised at Amb-Andaura tomorrow.

A sum of Rs 113 crore had been spent on the railway section.

Sinha will also flag off the inaugural run of the daily Himachal Express on the track. The train runs between Delhi and Amb-Andaura. The famous shrine of Chintpurni will be connected with the rail network as the Chintpurni Marg station.

The minister will dedicate to the nation the newly extended platforms at Una and Amb-Andaura stations besides the newly constructed waiting hall for passengers at Una. — OC
