Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu on Monday released the inspirational book “Live in High Consciousness” at a prominent literary event. The book underscores the importance of higher consciousness, positive thinking and emotional balance in contemporary life.

Addressing the gathering, the CM said in today’s fast-paced and stressful world, there is an urgent need for literature that guides individuals toward self-awareness, emotional stability and a more harmonious way of living. He noted that living in high consciousness is not confined to spiritual practice alone, but serves as the foundation of a successful, peaceful and meaningful life.

The book has been authored by Chaman Lal, a postgraduate teacher of English at PM Kendriya Vidyalaya, Dharamsala Cantt. The CM appreciated the thematic richness of the book and expressed confidence that it would inspire students, teachers and the general readership alike.
