At a time when Himachal is grappling with a financial crisis, Gokul Butail, Adviser to Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu, has set an example by opting to draw a token salary of just one rupee. Butail, a native of Palampur, has made the city proud through his gesture of public responsibility.
