He said that Congress leader Rahul Gandhi infused enthusiasm among the party workers and detailed about the future plans for the growth of the party. He announced the launch of the ‘One Village, One Night’ programme in the district and said that he would visit villages to spend a night there, engage with people and apprise them of the policies of the state government and the Congress.
