Former Chief Minister PK Dhumal lambasted the Congress, saying that during the last five years, the state had witnessed corruption and was pushed behind on the development track.

Dhumal was talking to mediapersons at Jwalamukhi on Sunday. He said the Congress leadership had no right to question the six-month-old BJP government on development. The present government had improved the law and order and the people were satisfied with the government.

He said the Congress was disturbed because of it was expecting a defeat in the Lok Sabha polls. It was because of the frustration within the leadership that they were trying to mislead the people.

Earlier, Dhumal visited Jwalamukhi temple and paid obeisance.
