Shimla, July 19
As many as 616 cases were reported in the state today, taking the tally to 291,086. However, there was no death due to the virus. The number of active cases rose to 2,939.
The highest number of 184 cases was recorded in Kangra, followed by 91 in Shimla, 89 in Mandi, 59 in Chamba, 48 in Sirmaur, 38 in Hamirpur, 30 in Bilaspur, 21 each in Una and Kullu, 18 in Solan, 10 in Kinnaur and seven in Lahaul and Spiti. — TNS
