Shimla, August 4
As many as 791 Covid cases were reported in the state today, taking the tally to 302,970. Besides, one person died in Shimla. The number of active cases declined to 5,400.
The highest number of 161 cases was recorded in Kangra, followed by 160 in Shimla, 127 in Mandi, 94 in Hamirpur, 58 in Bilaspur, 45 in Chamba, 41 in Una, 35 in Sirmaur, 28 in Solan, 18 in Kullu, 16 in Kinnaur and eight in Lahaul and Spiti. — TNS
