Dalhousie school shines in badminton tournament
The students of Dalhousie Public School (DPS), Dalhousie, in Chamba district, shined at the Himotkarsh Inter-School Badminton Competition held recently. The school team bagged the first position in the Under-19 Singles event, and the second place in the Under-19 Doubles event.
Continuing the winning streak, the school team emerged victorious in both the Under-14 Singles and Doubles events.
DPS chairman-cum-director Capt GS Dhillon expressed his pride and congratulated the team on their achievement.
He said, “I am incredibly proud of the perseverance and dedication shown by our players. Their commitment to excellence is an inspiration to all of us, and this victory is a reflection of their hard work and team spirit. I wish them continued success in future endeavours.
