Mandi: DAV Centenary Public School celebrates Mother’s Day

DAV Centenary Public School, Mandi, celebrated Mother’s Day with great enthusiasm here yesterday, paying tribute to the unconditional love and sacrifices of mothers. The event witnessed active participation from mothers and students.

The programme was graced by educationist Vandana Guleria as the chief guest. She was welcomed by Seema Kapoor, supervisory head of school. The school organised several interactive games and activities to strengthen the emotional bond between mothers and children. Cultural performances and tributes added colour to the celebration, making the occasion memorable for everyone.

Addressing the gathering, Principal KS Guleria highlighted the vital role of mothers in shaping society through guidance and values. He stated that a mother is the primary architect of a child’s character and the foundation of a successful society.
