New Delhi, February 27

Raghuvir Singh Bali, son of former Himachal Cabinet minister GS Bali, was today appointed the AICC secretary in-charge of election-bound West Bengal. He will be attached with AICC in-charge of Bengal Jitin Prasada.

The appointment order was issued by AICC general secretary, organisation, KC Venugopal. Raghuvir will assume charge with immediate effect. — TNS
