Himachal govt transfers IAS, two IPS and 10 HPPS officers

An official notification regarding the transfers has been issued by the government today.
2008-batch IAS Ashish Singhmar, Secretary, Digital Technologies and Governance, has been granted an additional charge of Secretary (GAD) and Secretary, Human Rights Commission in Shimla.
2012-batch IPS Dr. Khushal Chand Sharma, presently serving as Commandant, 2nd Indian Reserve Battalion, Sakoh in Kangra, has been transferred to the post of Principal, Police Training College, Daroh, Kangra, relieving Ms Soumya Sambasivan, Deputy Inspector General of Police
(Northern Range), Dharamshala of this additional charge. Along with this, the government has granted the additional charge of the post of Superintendent of Police (SP), Special Task Force, to SP Kangra Ashok Rattan, relieving Dr. Khushal of this additional charge.
Additionally, the government has transferred 2006-batch HPPS officer Dinesh Kumar, presently serving as SP, CID in Shimla, to SP (Welfare) at Police Headquarters.
He will be replacing Pankaj Sharma, who himself has been transferred as SP, Prisons and Correctional Services in Shimla.
Similarly, Additional SP, CID, Navdeep Singh has been transferred as SP Dehra, Pramod Chauhan as ASP, State Vigilance and Anti-corruption Bureau (HQ), Shimla, Amar Singh as Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) (Leave Reserve), Police Headquarters, Kamal Kishore as DSP, 1st HPAP, Battalion, Junga in Shimla, Kamal Kishore-II as DSP, State Disaster Relief Force (SDRF), Shimla, Geetanjali Thakur as Staff Officer at the office of Inspector General of Police (Southern Range) Shimla, Dev Raj as SP Leave Reserve, Shimla, and Lokender Singh as Sub Divisional Police Officer (SDPO) Padhar in Mandi.
