HPNLU’s student awarded with Eklavya 2024 Scholarship by CAN Foundation
Himanshi Handuja, a 4th year student of the university, wins scholarship worth Rs 75,000
In a significant achievement, Himanshi Handuja, a fourth-year student of the Himachal Pradesh National Law University (HPNLU), Shimla, has been awarded the prestigious Eklavya 2024 Scholarship by the CAN Foundation in recognition of her academic merit and potential.
Prof Priti Saxena, Vice Chancellor (VC) of the university said the CAN Foundation successfully concluded the selection process for the scholarship and has credited an amount of Rs 75,000/- towards the scholarship in favour of the selected student.
“The Eklavya Scholarship is aimed at supporting deserving law students and encouraging academic excellence in the field of legal education. The recognition of an HPNLU student under this prestigious initiative reflects the dedication, hard work and academic commitment demonstrated by the students of the university” she said.
She congratulated Himanshi on this notable achievement and wished her continued success in her academic and professional pursuits. The VC also expressed sincere gratitude to the CAN Foundation for its continued support towards legal education and student empowerment.
