‘HPU Student’ launched for better student services
Himachal Pradesh University has launched a mobile app, ‘HPU Student’, to provide students with faster and more convenient services. The app offers easy access to student profiles, the Registration and Migration (RME) portal, syllabus, exam forms, admit cards, and results. It also provides university-related updates and allows students to download their examination results directly.
The app is available on the Google Play Store, and students must register to access its features. Previously, students had to visit cyber cafés or use personal computers for various academic tasks. Now, with this app, they can complete these tasks directly from their mobile devices, making the process more efficient.
Additionally, the app provides information about exam centers and exam form status. A key feature is its attendance tracking system, enabling students to monitor their attendance in real time. Currently, a minimum of 75% attendance is required to appear for exams.
Designed with student convenience in mind, the HPU Student app ensures that important academic tasks are accessible with just a few taps on a smartphone. This initiative aims to streamline student services and enhance the overall academic experience.
