I-T Dept officials hold awareness programme at Lawrence School, Sanawar

The Income Tax Department conducted an outreach and awareness programme on Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) provisions at The Lawrence School, Sanawar, on Wednesday.

The Income Tax Department team included Shakti Singh, Joint Commissioner of Income Tax, Sunil Kumar, Income Tax Officer and other officials.

During the session, the team explained key TDS provisions in detail and addressed queries raised by the participants. The visiting team was warmly welcomed by Headmaster Himmat Singh Dhillon, along with Deputy Headmaster Ravi Kumar and Bursar Mehak Singh.

The Finance Team of the school also participated in the programme under the leadership of Finance Manager Ritesh Farmer. The programme proved to be highly informative and successful in enhancing awareness and understanding of TDS provisions among the participants.
