The BMS programme at IIM-Sirmaur is designed to provide a comprehensive and future-ready undergraduate learning experience by combining a strong foundation in management education with practical industry exposure. The curriculum integrates classroom learning with hands-on training through live projects, internships and experiential learning modules, enabling students to gain real-world insights from an early stage.
A distinctive feature of the programme is its emphasis on holistic development. Along with core management disciplines, the BMS course focuses on mental well-being, Indian knowledge systems and sustainability, aiming to nurture socially responsible and ethically grounded leaders. Students are also exposed to international perspectives, preparing them to navigate complex global business environments and pursue higher education opportunities in India and abroad.
The programme is open to candidates who have passed or are appearing in the Class XII examination or its equivalent. Admissions will be based on performance in the Integrated Programme in Management Aptitude Test (IPMAT), conducted by IIM-Indore. Applicants must apply separately for the IPMAT examination as part of the admission process.
