Aditya Dhiman, a 23-year-old youth from Kangra district, has secured 753rd rank in the Civil Services Examination conducted by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC).
Aditya’s father Sanjay Kumar Dhiman is a Himachal Pradesh Administrative Service (HAS) officer. What makes his achievement remarkable is that he cleared the highly competitive examination in his first attempt without taking any formal coaching, reflecting his hard work, dedication and self-confidence.

His success has brought a wave of pride and celebration across Kangra district.
Aditya had done five-year LLB (Honours) from National Law Institute University, Bhopal. During his law studies, he began preparing for the Civil Services examination.
Speaking about his achievement, Aditya credited his parents for their constant guidance and his teachers for their support throughout his journey.
