Man held for raping minor daughter

MANDI: The police on Friday arrested a man for raping his 16-year-old daughter in the district. The accused committed the heinous act in front of his wife. He even beat up his wife and daughter. The victim and her mother approached the police with the complaint. SP Gurdev Chand Sharma said the accused would be produced in a local court on Saturday. A case under Sections 376, 323, 504, 506 IPC and the POCSO Act has been registered. TNS
