SHIMLA: The Met Department has warned of hailstorm in the lower hills, hailstorm, heavy rain and snow in the middle and higher hills on February 26.

The Met Department has warned of hailstorm in the lower hills, hailstorm, heavy rain and snow in the middle and higher hills on February 26. It has also predicted rain in the region from February 23 to March 1.Kothi and Kalpa received 3 cm and 1 cm of snow, while Manali received 6 mm of rain, followed by Jhandutta 5 mm, Bhuntar 4 mm, Jubbal 3 mm and Kotkhai 2 mm. Keylong in Lahaul-Spiti was the coldest at minus 0.8 degrees Celsius, while Una was the hottest at 22.5 degrees Celsius. — TNS
