Nepal native nabbed with 1.8-kg charas

A Nepal native has been arrested with 1.81-kg ‘charas’ in Chopal, Shimla.

Chandan Budha (50), a native of Nepal, who is currently residing at Pujarli village, was arrested when a police team stopped him for checking on suspicion during a patrol. The police found the contraband from his possession and arrested him.

Shimla SSP Gaurav Singh said a case under Section 20 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act has been registered against the accused and further is on.
