State education board to declare Class XII results tomorrow
Over 81,000 students await scores; results to be available online
The wait for thousands of Class XII students in Himachal is set to end, with the Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education, Dharamsala, scheduled to declare the annual examination results on May 4.
A total of 81,411 students appeared in the examinations across Arts, Science and Commerce streams this year.
HPBOSE Chairman Rajesh Sharma said all preparations for the declaration of results had been completed and that results of all streams would be announced simultaneously.
“This year, 81,411 students appeared in the Class XII examinations and the board is ready to declare the results on May 4,” he said.
Officials said the results would be made available online and students could access their scorecards on the official website using their roll numbers. Necessary arrangements have been made to ensure the website can handle heavy traffic at the time of declaration. The results are crucial for students seeking admission to colleges and universities, as well as for those preparing for national-level entrance examinations such as NEET and JEE Main.
