The state government has convened an all-party meeting on February 13 at the state secretariat to discuss the fiscal health of the state. Letters inviting leaders from all political parties, including the Congress, BJP, CPM, BSP, and AAP, have been sent to the state party presidents.

The meeting is being convened to discuss the situation arising from the 16th Finance Commission’s recommendation to discontinue the revenue deficit grant to Himachal Pradesh.
