A suspicious blast occurred near Nalagarh police station on Thursday around 9:50 am, shattering the glass panes of nearby buildings and damaging the police station’s boundary wall.

Baddi SP Vinod Dhiman and Nalagarh DSP rushed to the site to assess the situation. They also requisitioned a team of forensic experts to determine the cause of the blast, which caused panic among local residents.

Authorities are investigating whether some junk residue may have triggered the explosion, as similar incidents have been reported in this industrial cluster.
